New features enhance internal transfer process

Beginning Monday, April 10, it will be easier than ever to apply for jobs within the health system, thanks to new, simplified features added to UPMC’s internal transfer process through My HUB.

New features include:

  • advanced search that allows you to search by job ID/opening, keyword, location, job category, and recruiter
  • ability to view jobs in your saved basket and save jobs without having to apply
  • ability to save different customized versions of your resume
  • spell check function when adding your resume in the text box
  • a separate listing of the jobs posted most recently

These features have eliminated the former eight-step process for applying and have significantly reduced the number of clicks needed to navigate through the process. In addition, you can sort your search results, and after applying for a position, you can select an existing resume or create a new one to complete the process. If you have applied through My HUB before April 10, your most recent saved resume will be titled “Resume 1.”

To see the new features, log on to My HUB through Infonet. Remember, you must provide complete, accurate, and detailed information during the application process.
