Complete your My Health screening by Sept. 30

Only eight days remain for UPMC staff to complete a My Health screening, which includes measurements of height and weight, as well as tests for blood pressure, carbon monoxide, glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides. By completing a screening, you will earn the $200 individual/$400 family deductible credit for 2007.

The remaining on-site health screenings are listed below. You also can complete the tests at your doctor’s office by Saturday, Sept. 30; tests should include cholesterol and blood glucose in order to qualify for the deductible credit.
