Mid-March upgrades set for PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management system
The PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management system used by UPMC staff members to order supplies, submit expense reports, pay invoices, report financial data, and complete other activities will be upgraded in mid-March.
The upgrade will result in some system changes. Training opportunities will consist of instructor-led demonstrations and workshops, online documentation, web-based tutorials, and self-guided streaming video presentations. Invitations to attend instructor-led demonstrations and workshops will vary based on user role within UPMC.
The first phase of user training will highlight changes to existing processes and online pages. Training materials are available on Infonet at http://purchasing.infonet.upmc.com for the Supply Chain Management upgrade and http://financialsystems.infonet.upmc.com for the Financial upgrade.
