Dignity and Respect

In the six months since the launch of the UPMC Center for Inclusion in Health Care’s Dignity and Respect campaign, more than 3,400 employees have signed the Dignity and Respect Pledge, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring that inclusion is at the core of what they do every day. This April, the Center for Inclusion in Health Care celebrates National Diversity Awareness Month by continuing to raise awareness of its program and challenging all UPMC staff to focus on daily acts of dignity and respect. This month, visit the Center for Inclusion in Health Care calendar on Infonet to get daily tips on how you can incorporate dignity and respect into your daily activities. Together, we can make a difference.
