Visit the Mail Services site on Infonet for information about what U.S. mail services are available to you through UPMC’s internal mail group. The team can assist you with bulk mailings, business reply mail, certified mail, priority mail, and return receipt mail. In order to keep track of all of the U.S. mail going out, all items should be identified with your business unit number. Here are two options for providing this identification:
The mailing slip is particularly helpful when sending out a mailing of 10 or more pieces, to ensure that the postage gets charged to the proper business unit. The mailing slip can be downloaded from the Mail Services site on Infonet. In addition, all envelopes that contain personal or private information should be sealed for privacy.
