Check your mailing address

While you are in My HUB completing Open Enrollment for your 2009 benefit elections, don’t forget to verify that your mailing address is correct. If you recently moved, take this opportunity to update your address. Once you access My HUB, simply do the following to review your address information:

• Click on the Human Resources tab.
• Under My Profile, click on View/Update Personal Information.
• Click on Personal Information Summary.

If your home and mailing address are the same, you do not need to add a mailing address. If your address is incorrect, click on the Change Home/Mailing Addresses button and make the appropriate changes. You also can review and edit your phone numbers, emergency contacts, and e-mail addresses. Be sure to make your address change now so that you don’t miss out on your 2009 benefits confirmation statement, 2008 W-2 Form, retirement statements, or other important communications from UPMC.
