Cameos of Caring honors excellence in nursing
On Saturday, Nov. 6, 25 exceptional UPMC nurses will be honored at the 12th Annual Cameos of Caring® Awards Gala at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, this black tie event recognizes extraordinary nurses who are committed to quality patient care. Cameos of Caring also serves to increase public awareness about the nursing profession and strives to help recruit a new generation of nurses.
Proceeds from the gala support the Cameos of Caring Endowed Nursing Scholarship, which helps nurses further their educations.
