The 2010 Open Enrollment postcards were mailed to all eligible employees this week. This postcard has a summary of the benefit changes for 2010 and a reminder to complete your 2010 MyHealth requirements so that you don’t miss out on the deductible credit of $500 for a single employee or $1,000 for a family. The MyHealth steps you need to complete by Nov. 13 are as follows:

• Acknowledge the Wellness Pledge and complete or update your MyHealth questionnaire (worth 100 points).
• Complete a biometric screening between Sept. 1, 2004, and Nov. 13, 2009 (worth 100 points).
• Earn at least 100 additional points by taking one or more Healthy Steps.

Log on to My HUB on Infonet, click on the Human Resources tab, then select MyHealth/MyFlex Advantage under My Benefits to see if you have completed your requirements today.

Other items included in this postcard are the directions for completing your online Open Enrollment via My HUB and how to obtain your My HUB user ID or password if you have misplaced your log on information. Open Enrollment will run from Monday, Nov. 2, through Friday, Nov. 13. This is your opportunity to review your current elections and make changes for next year.
