Open
Enrollment 2010 begins Nov. 2
Starting Monday, Nov. 2, you can make your benefit
selections for 2010. The medical and dental benefit options are changing
for 2010 along with the per-pay costs. Take this opportunity to review
these changes and enhancements to ensure that you make the right choices
for 2010. If you have questions about the 2010 benefits, visit Infonet
at http://benefits.infonet.upmc.com
and click on the Open Enrollment button to learn more about all the 2010
benefit details.
Ready to make your 2010 benefit selections?
Simply log on to My
HUB between 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, and 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, click
on the Human Resources tab, then select Benefits Enrollment under My Benefits.
Click on the yellow Enroll button to start the 2010 benefit enrollment
process. Click the edit button next to any of the benefit options that
you would like to review in detail, elect or change for 2010. Remember

Care Flexible Savings Account (FSA) or the PTO Buy program. Be sure to
submit and print your Election Summary Statement at the conclusion of
your enrollment process. This is your record of the elections you made
for 2010 and any changes you made during Open Enrollment.
