Make your benefit decisions for 2010 now

Open Enrollment, your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit selections, is currently under way. Are you ready to complete your 2010 Open Enrollment?

Simply log on to My HUB before 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, click on the Human Resources tab, then select Benefits Enrollment under My Benefits. Click the yellow Enroll button to start the 2010 benefits enrollment process. Click the edit button next to any of the benefit options that you would like to review in detail, elect, or change for 2010. Remember, you must enroll each year to contribute towards a health care or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) or the PTO Buy program. Be sure to submit your benefit elections and print your Election Summary Statement at the conclusion of your enrollment process. This is your record of the elections you made for 2010 and any changes you made during Open Enrollment. Make sure to read the article in today’s issue that explains additional features that can be accessed from the Elections submitted page.

Still not sure which options are right for you?

Since some of the features of the medical and dental benefit options are changing for 2010 along with the per-pay costs, make sure you take this opportunity to review the changes and enhancements to ensure that you make the right choices for 2010. The Infonet Benefits site has all the information you need to assist you with this process. Simply click on the Open Enrollment button to learn more about all the 2010 benefit details.

You may want to review some of the prior My Benefits 2010 issues that provided details of the benefit changes. This is also a good opportunity to complete the Medical Plan Decision Guide to review the per-pay and out-of-pocket costs associated with the three medical options.
