Last chance to earn your MyHealth deductible credit

Don’t miss out on your chance to earn your $500 individual or $1,000 family deductible credit for 2010. Be sure to complete your 2010 MyHealth requirements by today, Nov. 13. Today may be the final day, but there’s still time to take these steps.

• Acknowledge the Wellness Pledge and complete or update your MyHealth Questionnaire (worth 100 points).
• Complete a biometric screening between Sept. 1, 2004, and Nov. 13, 2009 (worth 100 points).
• Earn at least 100 additional points by taking one or more Healthy Steps.
